What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our NJ warehouse.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipping times:

USA: 2-5 working days

 How can I track my order?

We send an email with the tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that after you receive the tracking information, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up on the carrier’s website. If in doubt, please contact hi@serenesocks.com for an order update.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes you can! If you reach out to us within one hour during regular business hours, we can change or cancel your order immediately. Otherwise, we can always help you return or exchange any item. To change or cancel your order, contact us at hi@serenesocks.com

What is your returns policy?

Not happy with your purchase? You can send your order back within 30 days from receiving your order. The items will be accepted back with full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package. We'll cover the returning costs and there'll be no restocking fee.
